Using cutting edge planning and scheduling software and with our commitment to customer needs, we achieve a 99%+ performance target on emergency call out and repairs.
In addition to emergencies our systems and processes identify ongoing issues. CCTV surveys, fault finding and recommendations are made to rectify and resolve issues. Remediation works are carried out accordingly reducing ongoing costs and management of issues
