Drain Mapping

Why Is Drain Mapping So Vital?

Anyone planning building work will need a survey of their drains, as building work can be very disruptive and damaging if the builders do not have this survey. Properties sometimes do not have an existing record of where the drains are located, so therefore a drain mapping service is required, in order to go ahead with building.

What Is Our Process Of Drain Mapping?

At Maintain Drains, we aim to provide the highest quality service in a cost-effective way. Our skilled technicians use the most accurate technology to gather information, which is then compiled into a comprehensive survey sheet.

The Next Step...

This survey of the drains can then be used by the architects and builders to ensure that the building work runs smoothly. The survey includes detailed plans of all your drains as well as the locations of manholes and inspections chambers. It is essential that the details are correct to aide the building process, which is why you can rely on our reports being accurate.

Testimonials

  • Very professional job

Main drain was blocked about 12 meters down the pipe. Tim quickly identified the problem working from both ends of the drain and the blockage was cleared in 30 minutes. Rather than jumping straight to the power jet, he carefully examined the pipe and realized that the pipe was slightly degraded and that drain rods would be the best solution to avoid further damage to the pipe. He explained everything he did and his reasons for doing so. Fixed price so no surprises. A very professional job performed by a genuinely nice man. I recommend this company without reservation.

  • Connection of drainage to public sewer

We contacted Maintain to carry out the connection of our sewage and rain water drainage to the public sewer in the highway. We had previously contacted various contractors provided on the list supplied by Wessex Water but not one of them was interested in the work, if the bothered to turn up to quote. Jon from Maintain attended and explained the process. They dealt with all the applications, closing of the road license etc. Job was complete before the time they quoted and we are very happy with the works undertaken. I would highly recommend to anyone.
